Beginning

FairImplant was founded on the initiative of speakers and participants of periodontological and implantological study groups because they were not fully satisfied with any implant system.

Fitting to the indication
Single-phase or two-phase - titanium or zirconium - each implant has special advantages. The implant types have in common the design according to the IBIC concept and the high production quality.

IBIC Initial Bone to Implant concept

According to the IBIC concept, there is a minimum stability after insertion with decreasing primary stability and incomplete osseointegration. This is associated with an increased failure rate.

All implants of FairImplant are designed in such a way that they achieve very high primary stability from the given situation through shape and implant bed preparation. The precise drill tuning minimizes the distance to the bone and consequently also the duration of osseointegration. The Bonit® coating on titanium implants also accelerates osseointegration.

Manufacture

All implants are manufactured in Germany or Switzerland to the highest quality standards.

Primary stable shape

The root shape of the apex ensures a high degree of stability. This is particularly useful in the case of unfavourable bone conditions.

Biological width / no microgap

The lack of a microgap cannot shelter bacteria, nor is it the starting point for the biological width.

Gentle to soft tissue

The tissue grows firmly on the implant. The prosthetic head have a special roughness for a good attachment.

Matching the bone situation

No bone is a plane. The parallel zone of FairOne makes it possible to compensate for differences in bone height.

Accelerated osseointegration due BONIT®

All titanium implants have a shear-resistant, completely resorbable calcium phosphate coating (BONIT®). The coating has been proven to accelerate the healing process, ensuring successful healing.

The head is preparable. For example, undercuts in the prosthetic restoration can be easily removed.

Impression-taking and prosthetic restoration correspond to the tooth stump. In contrast to tooth stumps, there are no undercuts, so that cement residues can be safely controlled.

Primary stable design

Gentle to soft tissue

The soft tissue loves the zircon ceramic material. As a result, the tissue grows regularly over the implant shoulder without special measures such as protective caps.

high-strength

The shape of the implant is designed to be ceramic-compatible. Ziraldent® is a milestone in terms of bending strength and ageing resistance. The very complex manufacturing process minimizes losses in strength. The surface is applied without any crack induction.

accelerated osseointegration due ZircaPore®

With the ZircaPore® surface, comparable bone healing is achieved compared to titanium surfaces. The layer is shear-resistant. It is basically possible to unscrew during the operation, e. g. in order to change the implant bed preparation.
